Los Angeles draws in people due to its various industries, ethnic diversity and possibility for grand opportunity. The city is astonishing, but due to its large and diverse population, many are missing out on great people, businesses, organizations, and events happening within. To combat the issue, a Voyage Group of Magazines in Los Angeles, VoyageLA, devoted their creative skills to highlighting the best of the city in a way that resonates with the community. Their team has a profound mission; to build a platform that fosters collaboration and support for small businesses, independent artists and entrepreneurs, local institutions and those that make the city unique. As the company continues to grow, they have chosen to expand to other amazing cities with help from a substantial network of insightful individuals and groups. 

While many things set VoyageLA apart from other information hubs, the most significant accomplishment they have attained is providing viewers with a new type of media. This particular media strives to preserve the voices of featured interviewees, and authentically represent the communities served through the designated content. In addition, VoyageLA hopes to enrich the decision making process before purchasing goods from large cookie-cutter corporations. Their hope is that the community will support more independent entrepreneurs,freelancers, small businesses and artists before giving money to corporations that control all of our commerce. 

B. Toffee was recently featured on VoyageLA! Founder Betsy Thagard’s success story is an inspiration to local artisans and small business owners who also hope to expand and resonate with their community. B. Toffee began as a beloved treat for gifts and eventually evolved into a successful business in Orange County. It is a delectable candy confection consisting of only the finest, freshest and most natural ingredients. Sleek and sophisticated packaging draws customers to the product for various events and occasions time and time again. Most importantly, B. Toffee strives to enrich the community through its B. Giving Initiatives. We have partnered with Orange County Ronald McDonald House, Orangewood Foundation, Human Options, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County and many others. We are currently supporting the work of the Alzheimer’s Association and their work in finding a cure.
