Is shipping included?

We are committed to offering the best price we can for your shipment. We do charge shipping on each order. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If I live locally can I pick up my order?

Yes, absolutely.  Choose ‘Will Call’ at check out.
Please allow 2 business days to process your order.
We will email you a date / time / the address to coordinate pick up. Our facility is in Orange County, CA located by the John Wayne Airport. 

How long does it take to process my order?

Usually 2 business days to process your order. 
We ship orders at the beginning of each week so our product doesn’t sit in a hot warehouse over the weekend.

How do I contact customer care / support?

Can I send a personalized message with my gift?

Yes, of course! Add your note/message in the ‘Order Notes’ box at check out.

How long will B. toffee stay fresh?

The ‘Best By’ date is three months from the date of purchase. To prolong its freshness, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Is B. toffee Gluten Free?

Yes, our toffee is naturally Gluten Free using only the finest high quality ingredients available.

Is it Vegan?

No. The best part of our delectable B. toffee is the high quality pure butter.

All sales are final – but trust us – you’ll love it! A happy customer is our number one goal. If you are experiencing any issue we want to hear from you and most importantly we want to make it right!
