Delivery is guaranteed when addresses are correct and current. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please included as much address information as possible when shipping products. Apt. #, and Suite # are especially helpful in getting B. toffee where it needs to go.

We will do our best, but do not guarantee delivery on an exact day. Ordering early to have your package arrive ahead of time may be the way to go.
In warm weather months to ensure your order arrives in the condition it left our kitchen, orders may be held until the following monday.
